Have you ever been in a situation where you can't seem to get your point across to someone?
Here is an interesting concept to keep in mind; According to NLP and other research done in the area of communication, communication breaks done into three main components:
7% of any successful communication depends on what words are used.
38% of any successful communication depends on communication behaviour such as, tone of voice, tempo, timbre etc.
55% of any successful communication depends on non-verbal communication, meaning, body language.
So maybe this helps you to see that 'it aint what you do' that’s the key often 'it’s the way that you do it..'
And this is a very useful concept to have when communicating to those around you.
You only ever get one chance to make a good first Impression… So make it the best one you can!
